About
Specializing in Relationship Issues, Child Behaviors, Reunification, and Family Dynamics.
I provide therapeutic support to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating emotional, relational, and family challenges. My areas of clinical focus include relationship concerns, child behavioral and emotional needs, trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting support, and complex family dynamics.
In my work with couples, I support partners experiencing communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, recurring conflict, trust concerns, parenting disagreements, and relationship stress. My goal is to help couples better understand one another, strengthen communication, and create healthier patterns of connection.
I also work with children and families experiencing parent child relationship strain, estrangement, high conflict coparenting, and court ordered reunification therapy. These situations can involve complex emotions and longstanding family stress, and I approach them with a child centered, attachment informed, and trauma responsive perspective.
My therapeutic approach incorporates family systems, attachment based, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, person centered, and play based interventions. I am committed to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care that supports meaningful growth, healthier relationships, and greater emotional well being.
