As a first-generation Latina, Yasmine understands the challenges that can come with balancing cultural values, family expectations, and personal growth. She strives to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and able to navigate life’s complexities.


Yasmine works with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and family conflict. She also has experience working with children and adolescents, as well as collaborating with parents and caregivers to support their child’s emotional and behavioral well-being. This work has strengthened her ability to support both individuals and families in meaningful ways. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She integrates a range of therapeutic modalities to ensure care is individualized, effective, and supportive of growth.
