Maria Jessica Quiroz is the founder of The Couples Therapy & Reunification Counseling, a child centered clinical practice dedicated to healing fractured relationships and rebuilding family bonds. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Reunification Specialist with over a decade of experience, Maria specializes in couples therapy, high conflict co parenting, court involved reunification cases, and attachment focused family work.

Her professional work is deeply informed by her personal journey. Maria has lived through the pain of family division, emotional estrangement, and the lasting impact of unresolved parental conflict. Experiencing firsthand how disconnection and alienation affect children and families shaped her commitment to creating structured, compassionate pathways for healing. Rather than approaching reunification as a legal obligation alone, she views it as a relational process that must prioritize emotional safety, attachment repair, and the child’s voice.

Driven by both professional expertise and lived experience, Maria founded The Couples Therapy & Reunification Counseling to help families break cycles of conflict, rebuild trust, and move toward lasting connection with clarity, structure, and hope.
