Therapy Services Covered by CalVCB

  • Two people sitting on a dark surface, holding hands. One person is wearing a light denim jacket and a gray shirt, with hands clasped on their lap. The other person's hands are visible, resting on their thighs, wearing a dark sleeve.

Individual therapy for children, teens, and adults

We offer a safe space to work through anxiety, trauma, grief, or emotional overwhelm. Whether you're a child, teen, or adult, therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and paced in a way that feels right for you.

  • Family sitting on a green sofa with Christmas decorations, including a snow-flocked Christmas tree, in a cozy living room. The boy in the middle is holding a teddy bear, and everyone is smiling.

    Family and couples therapy

When trauma or hardship affects the family, we help you reconnect. These sessions focus on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and creating a space where everyone feels heard and supported.

  • Reunification counseling (when appropriate)

If there’s been separation between a parent and child due to conflict, custody issues, or trauma, we gently guide the process of rebuilding that relationship. Our reunification work is thoughtful, structured, and always centered on the child’s emotional well-being.

  • Person sitting outdoors by a wooden railing, clasping their hands, overlooking a natural body of water with trees in the background.

    EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches

We use evidence-based tools like EMDR to help you process painful memories and reduce distress. These approaches are especially helpful for healing from trauma and moving forward with a greater sense of peace and safety.
