Developed at UCLA and used worldwide, the PEERS® program offers practical, research-backed techniques that help adolescents build friendships, manage social anxiety, and improve their emotional well-being. It’s especially beneficial for teens with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and other socioemotional difficulties.
