As a first-generation Latina, I understand the challenges that can come with balancing cultural values, family expectations, and personal growth. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and able to navigate life's complexities. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each client's unique needs. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities to ensure care is individualized, effective, and supportive of growth. Working with children and adolescents, and collaborating closely with their parents and caregivers, has strengthened my ability to support both individuals and families in meaningful ways. Working with me means having a space where you can show up as you are, without fear of judgment. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to, and I am committed to helping you feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. Together, we will explore challenges, build on your strengths, and use therapeutic tools that create meaningful change, while making each session feel worthwhile and impactful. I am passionate about therapy and believe it provides a valuable space for healing, insight, and personal growth. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported and empowered.

Off the Clock

Outside of the therapy room, I recharge by staying connected to my culture and community, spending time with family, and making space for the things that keep me grounded and joyful in everyday life.
